Answer: Well, this is a pretty good excuse on the surface to the uninformed. But the Bible says, “We are responsible for our own conduct” (Galatians 6:5). There are consequences to our actions: good and bad. It’s better to not blame others: “Johnny made me do it? Or Bobby did it? Oh, wait til Mom finds out!” Put on your big boy and big girl pants and accept responsibility. Ask God for forgiveness and wisdom to do the right thing next time. Unless you are Jesus, there will be a “next time”.
