Answer: No! Both prayer and worship belong to God alone. To pray to angels is to assume they have the same ability as God. We should worship the Creator not the creature. Luke 4:8 …”you shall worship the Lord your God and serve Him only”. God looks forward to your prayers to him, in open speech or silent thought, he hears you. Try talking to God. As a loving Father, he loves to hear from his kids and those who want to be his children.
